Job summary

Vertis Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for weekend coverage at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru, Indiana. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and rehabilitation team on patient progress and needs.
• Participate in team development meetings and continuing education opportunities to maintain clinical knowledge.
