Job summary

Vertis Therapy in Peru, Indiana is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our hospital-based team, providing care across inpatient and outpatient settings with flexible weekday and weekend opportunities.

The OT will evaluate and treat residents to improve independence, safety, and quality of life, develop treatment plans, supervise COTAs, document progress, and participate in professional development and wellness programming.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift and assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop plans to improve independence.
• Provide OT services and monitor progress.
• Supervise and guide COTAs.
• Lead or participate in team development meetings.
• Lead wellness programs and events.
