Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or license eligibility.
• Ability to lift and assist residents; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding progress and changes in status.
• Participate in team development meetings and continuing education activities.
