Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities in Socorro, NM. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice and compassionate care to residents.

We offer a competitive total compensation package with pay rates of $55-$60 per hour, comprehensive benefits, free CEUs with CEU360, licensure reimbursement after 1 year, and mentorship programs to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
