Job summary

Stonehill Communities is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to identify, evaluate, supervise, and treat residents with licensed clinical oversight. You will document outcomes, coordinate with families and physicians, and ensure orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, and discharges.

You will screen residents, maintain medical records, and participate in specialized projects as needed. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling with 4/6/8-hour shifts and a minimum monthly

Qualifications

• Masters in Occupational Therapy required or preferred.
• Licensed to practice as OT in the state.
• Ability to complete required in-service training requirements.
• Mobility to move intermittently (walk, stand, sit, push, pull, lift) throughout shifts.
