Job summary

Lifepoint Health invites an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Virginia. This role focuses on evaluating patients, planning treatments, and promoting independence in daily living activities. The OT will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement therapy, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive techniques.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems preferred.
