Job summary

Dogwoodtrails is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in‑house team on a PRN basis. This role focuses on person-centered care aimed at enhancing residents’ independence and quality of life through engaging daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of occupational therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for patient care.
