Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants in Keene, NH seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position to evaluate residents, develop plans of care, and deliver skilled therapy focused on daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Active NH Occupational Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care.
• Provide skilled treatment addressing daily living, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance.
• Establish goals and monitor resident progress.
• Educate residents and caregivers on techniques that support daily function.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with COTAs and other team members.
