Job summary

Iva Post Acute in South Carolina seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN coverage. You will evaluate residents, create treatment plans, and help patients regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OT; Master/Doctorate preferred.
• Active SC OT license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat inpatient and outpatient clients to improve ADLs and mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document accurately to regulatory standards and payer requirements.
• Supervise COTA and aides in daily resident care.
