Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, create individualized plans, and work with physicians and families to maximize independence and quality of life.

The role requires a valid SC OT license, and prior SNF or rehab experience is preferred. This PRN position offers flexibility and opportunities for advancement within our SC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• SC license in good standing preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing and family members.
• Document accurately and timely per regulations.
• Educate residents and caregivers on treatment and maintenance.
