Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute in Simpsonville, SC seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) for PRN coverage. Earn $45–$50/hour delivering patient-centered therapy and improving residents’ function, independence, and quality of life on an as-needed basis.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized plans, and document progress while following physician orders and care goals. PRN scheduling offers flexibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred).
• Active South Carolina OT license (OTR) in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services per physician orders and care goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy team members.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Conduct in-services and staff training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines.

Position Summary
