Job summary

Iva Post Acute is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Therapy Team in a close-knit, family-oriented environment. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and help clients regain independence in daily activities within our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina Occupational Therapist license (Required).
• Experience in fast-paced healthcare or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Treat inpatient and outpatient clients to maximize independence.
• Educate residents and families on goals and progress.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
