Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Florida required.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida OT license; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in a home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
