Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in a home setting in Clearwater, FL. You will evaluate and treat residents at home, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with doctors and families to maintain independence and quality of life.

This PRN role offers flexible assignments, competitive compensation, and clinical autonomy within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in a home setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
