Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in a home setting in Fort Pierce, FL. This PRN role supports older adults to maintain independence through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Expect flexibility in schedule, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team with transparent payment reporting. You will evaluate residents at home, develop individual plans, and document in the EMR.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate).
• Active Florida OT license.
