Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in a home setting in Fort Pierce, FL. You will help older adults maintain independence and quality of life with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program and a valid Florida OT license.
• New grads and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.
• PRN work modality may require flexibility in schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in a home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
