Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy, in partnership with Adventist Health-St. Helena, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation in Saint Helena, CA. You will evaluate, treat, and reassess patients within an interdisciplinary hospital team in an acute care setting.

The role requires ACOTE-approved OT training, NBCOT licensure, active or pending state license, and BLS certification. Weekend and holiday shifts are part of PRN coverage; compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• Current or pending state licensure in the relevant state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient and assist them toward their previous level of functioning or progression to the next level of care.
• Establish timely, individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, fellow clinicians, and hospital staff.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital with physicians, case management, nurses, and other teams.

Adventist Health St. Helena is in Napa Valley, the Wine Country of California, located in the North Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate ofanACOTE approvedoccupationaltherapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $75.00 an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
