Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist in Marysville, California. Join a nationally recognized organization partnering with Adventist Health Rideout to provide rehabilitation services in the Marysville area.

We offer mentoring, access to MedBridge education, and growth opportunities while caring for a diverse patient population across neuro, trauma, and ortho settings. Compensation ranges from $55 to $65 per hour with location-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to help patients reach their prior or next level of function.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s needs.
• Show a positive connection with patients, families, and clinicians.
• Build relationships across the hospital team (physicians, case management, nurses).

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Compensation

Pay Range: 55.00 - 65.00/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
