Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position in Gurnee, Illinois. The role provides flexible, as-needed hours within our rehabilitation team, delivering patient-centered OT services to diverse populations.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois OT license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and clinical skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or outpatient settings preferred, but not required.
