Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following individualized plans of care, with a focus on functional goals and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with facility staff, educate patients and families about progress, document daily notes, complete re-evaluations, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.

• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
