Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care and collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing plans of care, setting measurable goals, documenting progress, re-evaluating patient progress, and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (IL) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
