Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for a PRN on-site role.

You will provide administrative and clinical support, perform health surveillance tests and assist with case management at customer sites. Expect 3–5 days/week during onboarding, then 1–3 days/week, with potential variations for Turnarounds. Qualifications include CAOHC audiometry and NIOSH spirometry certifications, BLS, phlebotomy and vaccine administration credentials, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must-have audiometry (CAOHC) and spirometry (NIOSH) certifications.
• BLS Provider certification and state phlebotomy/vaccine credentials where applicable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, clerical and back-up medical support at customer sites.
• Perform health surveillance testing including phlebotomy, vaccines, audiograms and pulmonary function tests.
• Coordinate case management for medical absences and return-to-work processes.
• Support alcohol and drug testing programs and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain confidential medical records and assist with data entry and scheduling.
