Premise Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for Occupational Health to support employees across Gastonia, Mt. Holly, and Gaffney, NC.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in North Carolina.
• BSN preferred or higher.
• COHN/COHN-S or similar occupational health certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical operations and manage required physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC).
• Evaluate, treat, and prioritize patient care within scope of practice.
• Deliver evidence-based care to injured workers and coordinate return-to-work with the TPA and client.
