Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN preferred; enrolled in MSN Leadership or MSN Education program if hired, paid by GCU.
• Active, current RN license with multistate (compact) status.
• Minimum of 2 years OB nursing experience.
• Drug test and competency testing required.
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships with students.

Responsabilités

• Reinforce didactic content and teach knowledge/skills for pre-licensure nursing.
• Collaborate with content area faculty to evaluate and document student progress toward clinical objectives.
• Participate in grading written and clinical performance check-offs.
• Stay current with trends and developments in nursing practice.
• Maintain compliance with program accreditation requirements.
• Travel to GCU student sites to observe student performance during rotations and labs.
• Support the university program in alignment with the institution's philosophy and mission.
