Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• MSN Leadership or MSN Education enrollment within hire, paid by employer, upon hire.
• Active RN license (multi-state compact).
• Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg nursing experience with MSN.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce didactic content and teach knowledge and skills for pre-licensure nursing.
• Collaborate with faculty to evaluate and document student progress toward clinical objectives.
• Assist in grading written and clinical performance check-offs.
• Remain current with trends in nursing practice and accreditation requirements.
• Travel to GCU student sites to observe performance during clinical rotations and labs.
