Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with active license.
• 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Manage acute and chronic health problems per protocols.
• Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs.
• Oversee testing and review cases with the medical director and client managers.
• Enter patient data into the EMR accurately and promptly.
• Assist in all areas of the clinic as needed.
