Qualifications

• Board-certified NP with an active license and current credentials.
• BLS certification and ability to obtain DEA license (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient care.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a PRN capacity.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols.
• Develop and implement treatment plans under supervising physician.
• Conduct health screenings and preventive care per clinic protocols.
• Enter patient data accurately into the EMR and coordinate with staff.
• Assist in all clinic areas as needed and participate in quality improvement.
