Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (or Certified Physician Assistant) with an active license.
• DEA license preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently under supervising physician guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs; evaluation and treatment of injuries.
• Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers; oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees.
• Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests; monitor effectiveness of interventions.
