Job summary

One to One Health in Georgetown, SC is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to provide direct and indirect patient care in a clinic setting.

You will evaluate and treat health issues, order tests, and collaborate with physicians under protocols to deliver patient-centered care. This role offers diverse challenges, opportunities to impact community health, and a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with an active license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in family, internal medicine, or urgent care.
• DEA license preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals
• Evaluate and treat acute health problems using protocols
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physician
• Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs
• Enter patient data into the EMR accurately
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
