Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients per approved protocol and standards.
• Provides medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Maintains patient records and coordinates care with the care team.
• Ensures safety, confidentiality, and compliance with CMS/Joint Commission/OSHA.
