Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner (VSP) to apply advanced clinical competencies in outpatient primary care. You will diagnose, treat, prescribe medications, and promote health in a high‑quality, patient‑centered setting.

Work with an integrated care team and exercise independent judgment under minimal supervision. You will report to the Associate Medical Director, with 100% onsite outpatient clinic duties and a schedule that aligns with M-F, 8–5 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in the appropriate state.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• TB screening may be required.

• Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment.
• Provide health promotion and maintenance for patients with acute or chronic conditions.

The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks, and work under minimal supervision using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years experience as an NP in an outpatient primary care or value-based care practice
• Outpatient clinic hours are M-F, 8-5. Availability at least 3 days a week.
• 8 or more years of technical experience
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state
• If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Science of Nursing /PA

Additional Information

• You will report directly to the Associate Medical Director.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$149,800 - $206,100 per year
