This role provides supervisory duties, staff development, performance coaching, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Valid Florida Board of Nursing license.
• Three years of clinical psychiatric nursing experience with supervisory duties preferred.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients during each shift.
• Manage the designated shift's operations and programmatic needs; supervise nursing staff.
• Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; discipline and address complaints as needed.
