River Point Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, seeks a PRN House Supervisor RN to staff, implement and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients on assigned shifts.

The role oversees shift operations, staff development, and performance appraisal to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Requires Florida RN license and psychiatric nursing experience, including supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Active Florida RN license.
• 3 years psychiatric nursing experience with supervisory duties; associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff and supervise nursing care across designated shift in psychiatric and chemical dependency units.
• Plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance and address issues.
• Manage operational and programmatic aspects of the shift; support staff development.
