Ideal candidates have 1 year of RN experience, a nursing degree, and TN license within 60 days of establishing TN address. The unit emphasizes rapid mobilization, pain management, and discharge readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• State or Compact License (TN license within 60 days of TN address).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates care delivery across the continuum.
