Job summary

Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care Sellersburg is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for PRN night shifts.

The role requires a two-year diploma in a biological/chemical science or a Medical Laboratory Technology diploma, plus ASCP or AMT certification within 6 months of hire. The MLT will perform high-complexity testing, maintain QC records, and adhere to SOPs.

On-site lab operations are part of a hybrid ER/urgent care facility serving the community.

Qualifications
