Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care Jeffersonville is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for PRN night shift (7pm–7am) in a hybrid ER/urgent care setting.

The MLT will perform high-complexity testing, maintain QC records, and generate accurate results per SOPs and accrediting bodies; on-site imaging and lab services support patient care.

Required: a two-year diploma in biological or chemical sciences or Medical Laboratory Technology, and ASCP or AMT MLT certification within 6 months of hire.

Formación

• Two-year diploma in biological or chemical sciences or Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Certification as MLT by ASCP or AMT within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-complexity testing with QC in accordance with SOPs and accreditation standards.
• Maintain performance records and generate accurate test results.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure lab safety and regulatory compliance.

Educación

Two-year diploma in biological/chemical sciences or Medical Laboratory Technology

ASCP or AMT MLT certification (within 6 months of hire)
