Aufgaben

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, catheter care.
• Recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and conducting ROM exercises.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or appetite.
• Maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members through a warm and professional approach.

What You'll Do:
