Job summary

Candidates should be ARRT MR or ARMRIT certified, with CPR/BLS and a strong patient‑care focus. The position requires flexibility for per‑diem shifts, with duties including image acquisition, data documentation in EMR, and occasional training of new staff.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT as allowed by contract.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification mandated; ACLS where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality MRI images for diagnostic interpretation.
• Perform pre-screening and safety checks for patients and staff.
• Administer contrast and monitor patients under licensed supervision; document in EMR.
• Train and orient new technologists and assistants as needed.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment per protocols and standards.
