Job summary

Akumin is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist responsible for ensuring patient safety and performing high-quality MR studies, both on site and remotely. The role involves effective communication with radiologists and training new staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, ARRT or ARMRIT certification, and experience in MRI clinical scanning. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential. This position may require local travel.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R), ARRT (MR), or ARMRIT certification is required.
• 3 months supervised MRI clinical scanning experience or equivalent accredited training.
• Valid state driver’s license may be required.
