Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but less than 1 year is required.
• Previous call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of incoming phone calls and provide exceptional service.
• Safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) as per HIPAA guidelines.
• Schedule/cancel appointments and manage on-call personnel when needed.
• Utilize computerized phone management software effectively.
• Assist callers with requests and inquiries.
