Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally at the check-in window.
• Check patients in at their appointments and verify demographics.
• Scan and update patient demographics into EMR.
• Manage all medical record requests.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and politely.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
• Mail lab and diagnostic results to patients and reconcile lab results in the EMR.
• Sort incoming mail and manage faxes in the EMR.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
