Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred and CMA/RMA/CCMA or similar certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Room patients and support providers during visits.
• Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties.
• Room patients and complete intake.
• Assist providers with patient care.
• Document in Cerner and maintain records.
• Phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
• Scan and maintain medical records.
• Prepare exam rooms and support workflow.
