Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an LVN or LPN to join our team in Illinois. The role involves administering medications, supporting wellness initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance within our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, empathetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading Caregivers and Medication Technicians. PRN shifts include 7am–7pm every other weekend, with opportunities to contribute to quality

Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of medication administration experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Proficient computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance is essential.

Responsabilités

• Follow physician orders and coordinate services with providers; report changes to physicians and families.
• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document observations.
• Ensure care and service plans are followed by supervising Medication Technicians and aides.
• Make situational decisions and manage conflict constructively.
• Update resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports.
