Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an LVN or LPN to administer medications, support wellness initiatives, and help ensure regulatory compliance in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will communicate with healthcare practitioners, family members, and team members as needed, ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow-up.

You will lead and provide direction to Caregivers and Medication Technicians where applicable.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with medication administration and clinical observation is preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on physician orders and coordinate with providers and families on changes of condition.
• Provide medication administration to residents according to physician orders and document observations.
• Oversee tasks of Caregivers and Medication Technicians to ensure care plans are followed.
• Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflicts constructively.
• Update and review resident medical records and incident reports.
