Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate LVN/LPN to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams in Oak Park, IL. You will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, and help ensure regulatory compliance while guiding Caregivers and Medication Technicians.

Your day includes reviewing orders, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining accurate medical records with a focus on resident safety and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Active LVN or LPN license in IL
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• One year of medication administration experience preferred
• Clear verbal and written English communication
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
• Reliable attendance essential for Belmont Village employees

Aufgaben

• Follow physicians orders; coordinate with providers and report changes to physicians and families
• Administer medications to assigned residents per physician orders; report adverse reactions
• Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by supervising Medication Technicians and care providers
• Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflicts positively
• Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports
