Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring a Part-Time LPN for weekend shifts in our Chicago area community. You will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and help with quality monitoring in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

You will guide Caregivers and Medication Technicians, maintaining a patient-centered, empathetic approach in a fast-paced setting. The role requires an active LPN license, CPR, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Illinois.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• 1 year of medication administration experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician orders and coordinate services with providers and families.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document observations.
• Oversee tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers to ensure care plans are followed.
• Make sound situational decisions and manage conflicts constructively.
• Update resident medical records and incident reports with accuracy.
