As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, maintain clinical documentation, and help keep residents safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Supervise and support CNAs to maintain quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
