Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City, TN. The LPN will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical staff.

Requirements include Tennessee LPN license (or compact license), CPR/BLS, and ability to obtain security clearance. Pay base is $31 per hour, with per diem scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Tennessee or compact license.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Corrections healthcare experience not required.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass drug screen/background check.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northeast Correctional Complex located in Mountain City, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Pay base is $31 per hour.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN license, compact license or ability to obtain license
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
