Centurion seeks a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join the NW Correctional Complex in Tiptonville, TN. The LPN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice and under the direction of RNs and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN license required or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required and current.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the NW Correctional Complex located in Tiptonville, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Pay is $31 per hour plus differentials.

Qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
