Centurion Health seeks a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse for Turney Center Annex in Clifton, TN. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision and hospital/clinic protocols.

The role requires TN LPN licensure or eligibility, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Base pay is $31 per hour, with per diem scheduling and a focus on a structured, secure setting.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

We are currently seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Turney Center - Annex located in Clifton, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Base rate is $31 per hour.

Qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
